CEUS AND CERTIFICATES

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are included in the registration rate. Pre-convention workshops and convention educational sessions are routinely eligible for CEUs from the AG Bell Academy for Listening and Spoken Language, the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). AG Bell will provide documentation for attendee’s use at the convention and will submit CEU paperwork to the appropriate organization up to two weeks following the convention. AG Bell will provide a certificate of attendance for each attendee who makes that request. For more information about CEUs, certificates and speaker disclosures, visit our page on CEUs.

PROFESSIONAL GROUP DISCOUNT

Groups of five or more professionals are eligible for 10% off of the group's total registration. Please contact registrar@agbell.org to register your group.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Before completing the PDF registration form, please read the following information. Please print clearly or type all information when filling out the attached registration form. Fill in all requested information completely. Failure to provide full and accurate information will delay the processing of your registration.

Payment

Please enter the total calculated amount from all the entries. Payment should reflect Symposium-related fees only. Payment should be made in U.S. Dollars only. Payment must be received in order for a registration to be processed. Make all checks payable to Alexander Graham Bell Association. To avoid double billing, faxed registrations should not be followed up by mail. Registration forms received after June 26, 2017 may be returned unprocessed – after June 26, 2017 you must register and pay onsite.

Refunds/Cancellations

Refunds for Symposium registration fees and pre-symposium workshops, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be made only if cancellation is received in writing and postmarked by June 16, 2017. No refunds will be issued for cancellations postmarked after June 26, 2017. This includes refunds due to illness, late arrival, weather conditions and/or other travel difficulties. Credit balances and/or un-cashed refund checks may not be used to purchase additional items onsite.
