*Only professional registrants are eligible for CEU credits
**Students must submit a copy of an official school document to 2020symposium@agbell.org that proves their student status.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via email to the Symposium Registrar at 2020symposium@agbell.org and will only be accepted until July 1, 2020. There will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the registration fee for every cancellation.

Communications Acess

The official languages of the Virtual Symposium are English and Spanish. Sessions will be captioned in English and Spanish. Communication access through other languages (via captioning) may be available upon request to 2020symposium@agbell.org no later than July 1.

Payment Methods

All payments must be made in U.S. ($) dollars:

Bank transfer:

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please fill out the Online Registration Form Payment by Bank Transfer and send an email to 2020symposium@agbell.org with an attached copy of your bank transfer within three working days. Attendees must fill out a registration form in order to pay by bank transfer.

In order to identify your payment, please ensure that the reference “Registration – AG Bell Symposium 2020” and the participant’s name are stated on the bank transfer.

Participants are responsible for any bank charges and should be paid in addition to registration fees. All wire transfers should be made in U.S. Dollars.
