Symposium Highlights

The official languages of the 2019 AG Bell Global LSL Symposium are English and Spanish.
Simultaneous translation and real-time captioning will be available in both languages.

Keynote presenters and mini-workshops have been confirmed.

The Educational Program Advisory and Review Committee will soon begin the concurrent session review process. A list of concurrent sessions and presenters will be made available in February 2020. Sessions focus on one or more of the following tracks:

    • Audiology, Neuroscience, and Hearing Technology
    • Listening and Spoken Language Development and Strategies for Acquisition
    • Cognitive, Literacy, Social Skills, and Child Development and Strategies for Acquisition
    • Mentoring, Parent Guidance and Coaching, Family Support
    • Special Populations (e.g., child with complex needs, low-resource environments)
    • Early Intervention and Education
    • Professional Issues and Preparation (e.g., mentoring, tele-practice)
